Delete your DigiParchi account

You can permanently delete your DigiParchi login and personal profile information from inside the app.

Delete from the app

1. Sign in to DigiParchi.
2. Open your account or profile screen.
3. Select Delete my account, then type DELETE to confirm.

What is deleted

Your login credentials and personal profile information are removed. Account deletion cannot be undone.

What may be retained

Business records created by your organization, such as bills, bookings, and payments, may be retained in anonymized form for accounting, tax, audit, or legal requirements. Contact support if you need an organization-level data request.
